Objectives of the China trip

(1) To enrich students and expand their horizons by immersing them in the rich Chinese culture.

(2) To provide students with the opportunity to experience school life overseas.

(3) To make new friends, connect with them and strengthen the bonds.

Getting all ready

I am so excited today. We are going to do paper cutting again. We will also be having barbeque tonight!!! Wow! I am as happy as a lark but the thought of leaving my buddy and the school saddens me.

I got the autographs of all my classmates today. I feel sad to leave them especially my buddy as I may not see them again.

So sad! Today is the last day with my buddy. I can’t bear to leave her. I can still remember the day her father drove us back to school after the home stay. In the car, my buddy’s sister hugged me and refused to let me get off the car. At last, I got off the car. She cried. Her name is Mandy. She is very adorable. I will miss her.

Good news! I’m going home! I will get to see my parents in two days’ time. I can’t wait to go home. I’m sure my mother will be happy. I am going to give my parents the presents that I bought for them.
